Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Assistant/HelpDesk. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing efficient support across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products or services.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
