The company also operates AMC Studios, our in-house studio, production, and distribution operation behind acclaimed and fan-favorite originals including The Walking Dead Universe and the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and AMC Networks International, our international programming business.</p><p><br />We are currently seeking a <b>Dir - Product Management, Monetization, & Identity</b> to join our <b>Streaming Product & Operations</b> team based in our <b>New York, NY</b> office. </p><p></p><p><u><b>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</b></u></p><ul><li>Define and execute the product roadmap for monetization initiatives including </li><li>subscription tiers, upsells, and promotional offers.</li><li>Lead lifecycle strategy across platforms (web, mobile, OTT), including launches, pivots, and sunsets with a focus on revenue optimization.</li><li>Oversee partner authentication and identity systems including OAuth flows, TV Everywhere, and app store integrations.</li><li>Design and own KPI frameworks, experimentation strategies, and data infrastructure to measure monetization success.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives and compliance requirements.</li><li>Mentor product managers and foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and strategic thinking.</li><li>Manage relationships with third-party partners and vendors to support monetization and identity systems.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)</b></u></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or equivalent experience preferred.</li><li>10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a senior or director level role, preferably in entertainment technology or streaming services.</li><li>Proven track record of delivering scalable, revenue-generating products in streaming, digital media, or B2C technology.</li><li>Deep understanding of TSVOD, OTT, and subscription/ad-based monetization models.</li><li>Experience with Direct-to-Consumer subscription flows via web and app stores (Apple, Google, Roku, Stripe, Recurly).</li><li>Familiarity with partner authentication systems including app platform partnerships and promotional access.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira/Confluence, and cross-platform product delivery.</li></ul><p></p><p>The base compensation for this position is <b>$175,000-$200,000</b> commensurate with experience.
