Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support to P&G employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS) and a wide range of business applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within Active Directory and other identity management systems.
  • Assist with network connectivity issues, including VPN, Wi-Fi, and remote access solutions.
  • Document all support interactions, solutions, and knowledge base articles accurately and thoroughly.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate senior IT teams or specialized departments as needed.
  • Participate in the deployment and maintenance of IT assets, including inventory management.
  • Provide basic training and guidance to users on IT best practices and system functionalities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for IT service delivery and user satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Experience with Active Directory user and group management.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and independently.
  • High degree of self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level security practices and tools.
  • Previous experience working for a large, multinational corporation.
