The role focuses on supporting the sustaining/depot area, contributing to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP solutions.<br><br><strong>What You Will Do:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP programs and enhancements in the sustaining and depot areas. </li><li>Collaborate with functional Business System Experts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. </li><li>Work with HCL iMRO development team to support maintenance, repair, and overhaul processes. </li><li>Develop and maintain SAP Fiori applications in the Sustain area, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems. </li><li>Debug and resolve system issues, providing technical support to ensure smooth operations. </li><li>Optimize existing ABAP code and perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and performance standards. </li><li>Support system upgrades, patches, and other technical initiatives as required. </li><li>Document technical designs, processes, and solutions in compliance with RTX standards<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications You Must Have:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline with 10+ years of related experience, preferably in the Aerospace & Defense industry. </li><li>7+ years of Fiori SAPUI5 development experience using SAPWebIDE and Microsoft Visual Studio Code. </li><li>7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development. </li><li>Proven expertise in HCL iMRO, with a solid understanding of maintenance, repair, and overhaul processes. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications We Prefer:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience with Raytheon’s SAP system and Fiori based UX applications. </li><li>Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. </li><li>Experience with government regulations. </li><li>Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Why Join Us.<br><br></strong>RTX offers an innovative work environment where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge aerospace and defense solutions. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
