As of 31 December 2024, assets under management from consolidated and strategic businesses stood at more than €16.5bn.Job Description:We are seeking a Human Capital Operations Analyst to join our New York office. This role is focused on the delivery and optimization of HR processes, systems, and data governance to ensure the operational effectiveness of Human Capital activities. The position reports to the Human Capital Business Partner head and coordinates closely with the local corporate services in the USA.You will serve as a key operations point of contact in the U.S., supporting the efficient execution of people programs and contributing to the continuous improvement of our HR infrastructure. This is an opportunity for someone passionate about HR operations, data integrity, process efficiency, and digital enablement in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day operational tasks related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and documentation.• Maintain and regularly update HR databases and files, ensuring data consistency and audit readiness.• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and employee communications, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.• Oversee the daily management of ADP, ensuring accurate input and maintenance of employee data, timely processing of transactions, and resolution of system-related issues in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.• Track employee records, benefits enrollments, and leave of absence documentation in line with internal procedures and compliance standards.• Coordinate logistics for internal events such as onboarding sessions, policy trainings, and employee briefings.• Process invoices, vendor contracts, and expense reports related to Human Capital operations.• Provide operational support for the performance review and compensation processes, including data compilation and system entry.• Monitor internal systems and workflows to ensure timely completion of HR transactions.• Support compliance documentation and assist with local reporting obligations.• Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and tools in a timely and service-oriented manner.Requirements:• 3–4 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to HR operations and systems.• Solid understanding of HR processes and compliance standards.• Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).• Prior experience with ADP and familiarity with FINRA processes.• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and high data accuracy standards.• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.• Strong communication and organizational skills.• Ability to work independently and drive process improvements.• Action-oriented, adaptable, and motivated by operational excellence.Role Details• Location: New York, U.S.• Start Date: As soon as possibleApply Job!Apply to this Job
