experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead discussions with Design Teams, Channel Partners and Manufacturers Representatives in generating incremental sales of 3M Electronic Assembly Solutions.   This role requires a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, technical sales environment and has experience working closely with Engineering Contacts to exceed Division Sales Targets</span>.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Sales Leadership:</span><ul><li><span>Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.</span></li><li><span>Provide product training, target account identification and ongoing support to the many internal and external channel partners to improve their performance.</span></li><li><span>Manage and motivate a network of third-party sales agents (Manufacturers Representatives) to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.</span></li></ul></li><li><span>Customer Engagement:</span><ul><li><span>Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.</span></li><li><span>Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote products and capabilities.</span></li></ul></li><li><span>Channel Partner Engagement:</span><ul><li><span>Build and maintain strong relationships with 3M Converter Partners, Regional Industrial Distributors, Electronics Distributors and others to ensure effective collaboration and maximize market coverage.</span></li><li><span>Support the development of joint business plans with channel partners, including promotional strategies, inventory management, and sales initiatives.</span></li></ul></li><li><span>Market Development:</span><ul><li><span>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including emerging markets, industry trends, and potential customers.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and product management, to develop and implement strategies for market penetration.</span></li><li><span>Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to adapt strategies and recommend new products or services.</span></li></ul></li><li><span>Reporting and Analysis:</span><ul><li><span>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management in Salesforce.com.</span></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Company Vehicle</span></b></p><p><span>This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Your Skills and Expertise  </span></b></p><p><span>To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:</span></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution</span></li><li><span>Five (5) years of sales experience, in a private, public, government or military environment </span></li><li><span>Current, valid Driver’s License.</span><span> </span></li></ul><p></p><p><span>Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:</span></p><ul><li><span>Experience articulating value propositions and system-selling</span></li><li><span>Understanding of manufacturing processes</span></li><li><span>Experience developing and managing key accounts</span></li><li><span>Product demonstration experience
